OUR STORY

For 15 years, Aaron and Kelly Hopson lived and led in the corporate world—Aaron serving as a Lieutenant and Paramedic with the Defiance Fire Department, and Kelly as an elementary teacher. They built a life together at a young age, navigating the pressures of career, family, and marriage before either of them had a true relationship with the Lord. During those years, they experienced firsthand both the weight people carry and the strain it can place on a relationship.

At one point, their own marriage was on the brink of divorce. But through pursuing biblical principles and surrounding themselves with strong, Christ-centered community, God restored what once felt broken. That transformation changed their marriage for the better, and redefined their purpose.

Later, God called them into pastoral ministry, where they spent many years serving faithfully, equipping others, and shepherding His Church. Through both leadership and ministry, they began to see a consistent need: people are often busy, burdened, and spiritually stretched, yet longing for deeper healing, clarity, and lasting impact.

Wellspring Legacy Group was born from that calling.

 

Today, Aaron and Kelly come alongside individuals, marriages, leaders, churches, and families through coaching, intensives, retreats, and training—creating spaces for renewal, discipleship, and legacy-building rooted in Christ. Together they disciple individuals and couples navigating the same struggles they once faced.
