For 15 years, Aaron and Kelly Hopson lived and led in the corporate world—Aaron worked as a Lieutenant and Paramedic at Defiance Fire Department and Kelly served the community as an Elementary teacher.  Together, they saw first hand the pressures leaders face, the weight of responsibility, and the longing people carry for balance and purpose. Later, God called them into pastoral ministry, where they spent many years serving faithfully, equipping others, and shepherding His church. With both corporate leadership and ministry experience, they began to see a consistent need: today’s world moves fast, and people often find their schedules full and busy, while their heart is missing something. We are missing being deeply discipled. Leaders pour out week after week, families are stretched thin, and believers are hungry for rhythms of life that bring renewal and lasting impact. That’s why Wellspring Legacy Group was born.

We believe the Great Commission wasn’t given just for Sundays—it was given for everyday life. The Church is called to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19). And Jesus promised, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8).That call begins at home and flows outward to the nations.

Wellspring Legacy Group exists to come alongside churches, businesses, communities and families—not to replace the Church, but to strengthen it—by creating spaces where disciples are equipped, leaders are restored, and legacy is built. We want to see women walking confidently in biblical womanhood, men strengthened in biblical manhood, and marriages renewed to reflect Christ and His bride.Through coaching, retreats, training, and missions, we help believers step into rest, renewal, and legacy—for this generation and the next.
