  • 3-Day On-Site Assessment (deeper departmental dive)

  • Comprehensive 30-Day Execution Plan with prioritized strategies

  • 2-Day Delivery & Implementation Workshop with leadership & staff

  • 1 Follow-Up On-Site Visit (1–2 days, within 60 days)

  • 30-Day Remote Check-In (Zoom/phone)

  • 60-Day on site return for 2 days for implementation plan

  • 90 day Executive Coaching post 60 day on site

  • Additional onsite at the 6 month mark.

  • 60 Days Ongoing Remote Support (Zoom/email)

  • Total of 9 months in process
